Uninformative and unreliable website
I took out a home insurance policy and could not add any other authorised users at the time. Apparently there should be a link once logged into the policy. This link did not appear and its still not there. There is no option fir messaging via email, only by phone, and opening hours are not suitable for me AS I WORK. The website kept logging me out constantly, I gave up in the end. I wish I had stayed with my previous provider.

Loan application
I put in all my details and was told I was told I would be likely to get the loan. At the end I was told it was declined due to the fact I would be over 75 when the agreement ended. Should the age restriction not be mentioned at the start of the process?

I could not get onto the online banking…
I could not get onto the online banking screens in order to check my balance and to make a payment. Kept telling me the security information was incorrect! I have been using the information ever since I got a Tesco Credit Card. The person I spoke to cleared up the problem with no fuss. A pleasant experience.
